All the production of cakes and other packaged products is done with high standards of HACCP and it takes place in the modern, the new production hall in Jankomir.Twenty confectioners and bakers are employed there. In the same building we have our headquarters and from there we operate our business activities.

For the production of cakes and tea biscuits we do not use margarine and other hydrogenated fats. We use butter, whose purchase is three times more expensive. In addition, butter is a natural product and it does not contain any preservatives, artificial flavorings, colorings and emulsifiers. Besides, it is rich in genuine vitamin A.

We do not use vegetal cream which is twice less expensive and provides nearly two times higher volume than genuine sweet cream. Natural sweet cream therefore does not contain trans fats and other additives and it is rich in vitamin A just like butter.

In our production we also use integral wheat flour which is much harder for processing and it is also quite expensive to purchase. On the other hand, integral wheat flour gives the cakes a lot of vitamins and minerals which cannot be made up for through other food.

In this way, using these natural ingredients supplied by certified manufacturers, we might conclude that the production of cakes in the traditional way, from natural ingredients, and not from ready made processed mixtures is four times more expensive than elsewhere. Our cakes and other products are therefore much finer and much healthier.

We all know well that the investment in a healthy diet is the best investment we can make for our health. The old proverb says:“Our health is our greatest wealth“
