Therefore, the quality of our cuisine always begins with the process of procurement the best quality food ingredients. These include ecologically grown domestic products and . even the organization of farming and breeding, for example, eco-chicken or veal, and growing our own fresh herbs seasoning.
Special preparation of meat
One of three restaurants in Croatia with the chamber for beef maturation. The process of maturation takes up to 4 weeks and the result is unique tenderness of meat.
BAKERY
Freshly baked bread, rolls, ancient recipe baked bread, wheat flour made tortillas, cornflour local pies and homemade pasta are prepared each day according to original recipes from integral flour and they are healthy and tasty .
DESSERTS
